USCIS updated their resource page on the new parole in place program for spouses of U.S. citizens. They have officially announced that the program will begin accepting applications on August 19, 2024. The forms associated with the program will also be released on this date. I review the updates to the USCIS resource page and discuss what may happen to the parole in place program after it begins.
