Texas Judge Halts USCIS from Issuing Any Approvals for the New Biden Parole in Place Program

Unfortunately, as predicted, a Texas District Court Judge has issued a temporary restraining order, barring USCIS from issuing any parole in place approvals for the next 14 days (at least).
USCIS is however still allowed to accept new cases. This order will likely be extended until the judge makes a longer term decision about the program. In this video, I discuss this initial phase of the litigation, how a federal case moves through the federal court system, what may happen and speculative timelines.
